To refer a patient to BVSC either:
- Fill in a referral form and fax it to us on (07) 3319 6398 or alternatively you can

Referral history inclusions:
Your referral history should include all relevnt details for the condition including recent medications and laboratory testing and results. In support you may also wish to send X-Rays as part of your referral history, you are welcome to post these to us ahead of time or send them along with your client for the appointment. Please ensure your clinic name and patient name marked clearly on them, all X-Rays will be returned to you via mail once we are finished with them. Your clients should be directed to contact us to arrange an appointment or you can call to arrange an appointment on their behalf on (07) 3264 9400
For Owners
If you wish to seek an opinion or treatment by one of our consultants or specialists for your pet, you will require a referral from your veterinarian.
You should speak to your veterinarian and ask for a referral for your pet to BVSC. Once you have a referral, making an appointment is as simple as calling our friendly reception staff and making an appointment on (07) 3264 9400
