BVSC

Kim was born in Nowra, NSW and spent a lot of time travelling with her family as her dad was in Navy. In 2000 she moved to Brisbane. It was here she began studying Veterinary Technology in 2005 and then transferred to Veterinary Science a year later. Kim began working as a veterinary nurse in Emergency for BVECCS for six years whilst also working holidays and occasional shifts for BVSC during that period. At one stage she worked at three separate veterinary practices as a full time veterinary nurse (Petmania) while also doing shift work.

In 2012 she moved to the Lake District in Windermere (UK) where she took a six month break from nursing working at a B&B. She then moved to Wimbledon in London and continued her passion for veterinary nursing working as a locum for the Goddard Veterinary Group in their many south west London branches.

Kim joined BVSC as a rotating nurse and is now the Primary Radiation Therapy Nurse. Her hobbies include, reading, drawing and art, music and spending time with family and friends.
