We are seeking a full-time Surgery Nurse to join our expanding Surgery team. The ideal candidate will join an experienced team of committed specialist veterinarians and veterinary nurses providing a seamless service, working closely together across internal medicine, surgical oncology, general surgery, radiation therapy, ophthalmology, dentistry, physiotherapy, client care and business services.

You will be supported to continue your personal development, to keep up to date with the latest research and apply this knowledge delivering evidence-based nursing care.

This is a full-time role – 38hrs worked over 4 days, with occasional weekend and on call work. No public holidays as we have an emergency team that covers these.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a surgery nurse with a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or the equivalent is required. Diploma of Vet Nursing Surgical is an advantage. Experience in a specialty setting is desired.
