Cert IV VN, RVN

Prior to moving up to Queensland, Anna grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and completed a degree in Classical History at Macquarie University. In 2016, she decided to follow her heart and was selected for a veterinary nursing internship which enabled her to work in a combination of General Practices and overnight Emergency and Critical Care, and complete her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

Anna is a Registered Veterinary Nurse under the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia AVNAT scheme. She is currently studying towards a Surgical Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and endeavors to achieve membership with the Academy of Veterinary Surgical Technicians in the future.

Professional development and her patients are very important to Anna, which is why she loves attending conferences and reading about the newest advances in treatments and care. Anna’s clinical interests include soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical nursing, surgical anaesthesia, post operative pain management, and training/mentoring junior nurses. She has two rescue cats, Sunny & Bob Cat and on the weekends enjoys to unwinding at the local ice rink together with her partner.
