With previous experience in the animal care industry and qualifications in Animal Studies, Jaiv has a strong understanding of the patient care journey, allowing her to provide compassionate support.

Outside of work, Jaiv loves spending quality time with her beloved cat, Paz, exploring new destinations through travel, and making the most of sunny days at the beach.
