Growing up in a small wheatbelt country town in Western Australia, Tammie has always had a strong connection with animals and the love of communities. Spending the majority of her career in human health, from working in remote mining communities coordinating wellbeing programs to managing some of Australia’s largest Health and Medical teams on Construction projects, Tammie has always enjoyed working with like-minded teams across different professions. Her work in the project medical space has exposed her to some wonderfully challenging health environments from South Africa to the Solomon Islands, working alongside Oil and Gas companies and Government Organisations. Most recently Tammie worked in Occupational Health, managing client and business interactions, business improvements and acquisitions, commercial contracts and managing a national based team. She particularly loves watching the growth of a business through its people and working with others to ultimately create an enjoyable working environment.

Outside of work her beautiful family is made up of a husband, two children and two dogs (Ruth pictured here and Poppy), who she spends all her time with, whether it’s running around an AFL oval or enjoying the sunshine at the beach.
